This Child Rights Impact Assessment examines the impact on the rights of children and young people within the remit of the Children’s Commissioner of changes to civil and prison law Legal Aid since April 2013.
This study is a rapid evidence assessment to systematically review relevant literature and data available. This initial review has helped identify early indicators of impact on the lives of children and young people.
