Spring intake of the SyI distance learning programme approaches

The next intake of the ever-popular Security Institute (SyI) distance learning programme is approaching. The programme consists of two courses – a BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Security Management and a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Security Management – with the next intake of both starting at the end of May 2013. Delivered via our dynamic online learning platform, these courses offer security professionals the opportunity to study for a vocational qualification alongside other work and life commitments. Support is available during the course through Perpetuity Training’s highly qualified tutors, and SyI members can also sign up to the Security Institute Mentoring Scheme for additional support if desired. Finally, the courses feed into different membership levels at the Security Institute (subject to application and validation), plus there are formal links between the Diploma and some University qualifications, so these courses offer students long term benefits.
