The mandatory reporting of fraud: Finding solutions and sharing best practice
Perpetuity Research would like to invite you to the launch of their latest report entitled “The mandatory reporting of fraud: Finding solutions and sharing best practice”. This research was commissioned by the ACFE UK Chapter and the Fraud Advisory Panel.
The aim of this research was to explore the issues of introducing a mandatory requirement on organisations to report fraud, certainly, because currently there is no legal requirement to do so in England and Wales. The report outlines the benefits and drawbacks of introducing such a requirement; suggestions on how any barriers might be overcome; methods of reporting that are favoured; and also includes any lessons that can be learned from other countries which have implemented similar requirements.
We are holding a webinar to discuss these findings and the implications of this research on Wednesday 22nd September between 10am and 11am, including a short time for questions from the audience. At the end of the event the report will be available to download from our website.
