Education Research: Children, Schools & Families
Our research team at Perpetuity has extensive experience of working in educational environments and have conducted studies with young people, families, teachers, head teachers, governors and school support staff.
We have conducted research on a wide variety of topics affecting young people and education, including violence and indiscipline in schools, security, management autonomy and self-governance within state funded schools and healthy relationship education among young people to name just a few.
We have regularly worked with local authorities, charities, and voluntary organisations in this area as well as a major teaching union (the NASUWT). Our team has comprehensive experience of conducting research with young offenders and children’s services designed to help them (both in custody and in the community), and providing practical recommendations for service improvement and sustainable long-term development.
